All orders are processed within 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

 

Please note that processing times may be delayed during high-demand periods or due to factors beyond our control (such as severe weather or carrier delays).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages
